As a high school senior, I currently attend the prestigious South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities, where I specialize in Vocal Performance. When not in school or writing original songs, I am often performing publicly at local paid venues, where I not only sing, but rotate playing accompanying instruments such as electric guitar, electric bass, keyboard with drumbeats/background tracks I have created using Logic Pro software. Over the past several years, I have performed at more than 100 events (75+ as a paid performer) at 35 unique venues. At these events, I have performed 350+ different songs, including covers of pop artists from the past 10 years, as well as my own originals. The total audience members are estimated to be 15,500+ for these events.

 

In Summer 2021 and Summer 2022, I completed the following music intensive activities:

• Internship/shadowing with 5 Music Production Studios, University of South Carolina Master Piano Technician, Sims Music Owner (discussing / executing business aspects of this successful retail and service music business) during Summer 2021.

• 1-week Music Production Workshop at Clemson University during Summer 2021.

• 2-week Songwriting Workshop at NYU Steinhardt College of Music during Summer 2022

• 1-week Vocal Performance Summit Workshop at Berklee College of Music during Summer 2022

• 2-week Music Production Workshop at Miami University Frost School of Music during Summer 2022

With my father in 2020, I co-created and now co-operate Vandelay Music LLC, for which we have a detailed business plan and track key performance metrics related to financial performance, operational performance, and marketing performance.

In 2021, I proudly received my Eagle Scout Rank from Boy Scouts of America.
